Forms can be opened via desktop or mobile phone. Just keep in mind that the supporting document you will need to attach will need to be on the relevant device you use.
Please make sure you fill out a 'New Client' form for each individual wishing to move to TEA.
When it comes to entities please only list in the form the entity/ies that you are a key person for (Eg. Director of a Company, Trustee for a Trust, Director for a company that is Trustee for a Trust, Partner of a Partnership, etc).

Both 'Client Privacy Authorisation' and ' Client Authority Letters' forms can have all relevant clients listed together.
Note: If you have different accountants currently, the 'Client Authority Letter' is for each accountant and the relevant client and entity they have been serving.

ToE: If there is more than 1 key persons for an entity you will need to contact me to have the form sent to you directly. Please make sure you provide the email address for each key person and their full legal name.
